Clear browsing data

If you encounter pages on which do not load correctly, it could be caused by your browsers’ cache being outdated by a new version of SIKU. Clear your browsing data to resolve this issue.

Google Chrome (macOS)

  1. While Google Chrome is open, navigate to the “Chrome” menu.
  2. Select “Clear Browsing Data…”
  3. A clear browsing data tab will open.
  4. Select the following options and press “Clear Data”.
    • Cookies and other data
    • Cached images and files
  5. Reload any open tabs.

Safari (macOS)

  1. While Safari is open, navigate to the “Safari” menu.
  2. Select “Preferences…”
  3. Select the “Privacy” tab.
  4. Click the “Manage Website Data” button.
  5. Press “Remove All” and confirm your selection in the subsequent dialog box.
  6. Reload any open tabs.

Make sure to refresh/reload any open tabs after you clear your browsing data.
