Learn how to reset your SIKU password using the email address associated with your SIKU account. This process is only applicable for SIKU accounts created via email. If you used Facebook, Google or Apple to create your SIKU account, please follow their password reset procedures.
- Open the SIKU App
- Tap Sign In
- Tap Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your SIKU account and tap Reset.
- Check your email inbox for a new email with the subject “Your Name: Password Reset Request”. Open the email and tap the “Click here” link.
- The SIKU app will open to a view where you can enter a new password.
- Choose a new password and confirm it by writing it a second time.
- Tap Reset Password.
- Tap Sign in.
- Sign in with your new password.
