Learn how to reset the SIKU app database. This may be required when troubleshooting an issue with users or profiles not displaying.
- Tap your user profile image .
- Tap Advanced.
- Tap Reset Database.
- Tap Reset to begin.
- A message will appear at the bottom of the screen once the database reset is complete.
- Please keep your device on and connected to the internet for about 5 minutes after the reset so the latest content can finish downloading and your app is fully up to date.
