Reset App Database

Learn how to reset the SIKU app database. This may be required when troubleshooting an issue with users or profiles not displaying.

Resetting the database requires an internet connection and may take some time to complete. Be sure that you have time before choosing to update, especially with slower internet connections.

  1. Tap your user profile image .
  2. Tap Advanced.
  3. Tap Reset Database.
  4. Tap Reset to begin.
  5. A message will appear at the bottom of the screen once the database reset is complete.
  6. Please keep your device on and connected to the internet for about 5 minutes after the reset so the latest content can finish downloading and your app is fully up to date.
